At Phenom Comics, we take pride in delivering your comic books and merchandise safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2ā5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pre-orders, Kickstarter rewards, and limited releases have separate fulfillment timelines, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Order weight
Shipping destination
Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 3ā7 business days after shipment
International Orders: 7ā21 business days after shipment (delivery times may vary due to customs)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international locations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Packaging & Protection
Comic books are shipped in protective comic mailers with backing boards to prevent damage.
Merchandise is packaged securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
We take packaging seriously to preserve collector value.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
Please allow 24ā48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Phenom Comics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Postal service disruptions
Weather conditions
Customs inspections
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Phenom Comics is not responsible for packages marked as āDeliveredā by the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.
Pre-Orders & Special Releases
Items listed as pre-orders will ship once production is complete.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless stated otherwise.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or solution where applicable.
