A NEW WORLD OF HEROES AND VILLAINS

Phenomenal Comics is an independent comic book and entertainment company built on one belief:

The world is ready for new legends.

Founded in 2016 by creator, writer, and CEO Michael “Mike” Otis in Cleveland, Ohio, Phenomenal Comics began with a lifelong imagination and an ambitious vision to build an original universe that could stand on its own, introduce a new generation of heroes and villains, and give readers something they haven't experienced before.

What started as an idea has grown into the Phenomenal Comics Universe, an expanding world of heroes, villains, vigilantes, superhumans, warriors, organizations, cities, mysteries, and interconnected stories.

From the brutal streets of Cleveland to extraordinary worlds beyond it, every character has a story. Every action has consequences. And every story is another piece of something bigger.

We aren't here to recreate what already exists.

We're here to build what comes next.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to create a new world of heroes and villains while inspiring the next generation of readers, creators, dreamers, and storytellers.

Phenomenal Comics exists to deliver bold, character-driven stories built on action, emotion, consequences, imagination, and unforgettable world-building.

We believe great characters should feel human even when their abilities are extraordinary. Heroes should struggle. Villains should challenge more than strength. Choices should matter. And the worlds surrounding them should feel alive.

Our goal is bigger than publishing individual comic books.

We are building a universe.

A universe capable of expanding through comics, graphic novels, animation, television, film, games, collectibles, merchandise, and other forms of entertainment while never losing sight of what started it all:

Great characters. Great stories. Limitless imagination.

FROM PHENOM TO PHENOMENAL

Our journey began as Phenom Comics.

The word phenom represents someone extraordinary, an emerging talent capable of capturing attention and inspiring people through what they can become.

That mentality has always represented us.

We started as the underdog.

We embraced being independent.

We believed that you don't need to come from the biggest company, have the biggest budget, or follow the path everyone else has taken to create something meaningful.

But as our universe grew, our vision grew with it.

Phenom Comics became Phenomenal Comics.

The name changed.

The mission became bigger.

WHO WE ARE

We are creators.

We are world-builders.

We are storytellers.

We are independent thinkers willing to bet on imagination.

Phenomenal Comics brings together writers, artists, colorists, designers, and creative minds with one shared purpose: to build unforgettable characters and tell stories worth remembering.

Our universe doesn't belong to one genre.

We tell stories about street-level vigilantes, super-powered families, bounty hunters, assassins, supernatural forces, ancient warriors, cosmic threats, secret organizations, monsters, geniuses, gods, heroes, villains, and everything between.

Different characters.

Different worlds.

One connected universe.

WHAT WE CREATE

Phenomenal Comics develops original intellectual properties built to grow far beyond a single issue.

Our universe includes:

Original Comic Books & Graphic Novels

Character-driven stories ranging from grounded crime and vigilante thrillers to science fiction, fantasy, supernatural horror, and superhero adventures.

Original Heroes & Villains

Characters with distinctive identities, motivations, histories, abilities, weaknesses, relationships, and consequences.

An Interconnected Universe

Individual stories that can stand on their own while contributing to a larger mythology filled with crossovers, hidden connections, major events, and long-term storytelling.

Collectibles & Merchandise

Products that allow readers to take a piece of the Phenomenal Comics Universe beyond the page.

Future Entertainment

A foundation designed to eventually expand our characters and stories into animation, television, film, gaming, toys, and other entertainment experiences.

WHY PHENOMENAL COMICS EXISTS

Because new legends still need to be created.

Because independent creators deserve the opportunity to build something massive.

Because the next iconic hero, villain, universe, or story doesn't have to come from yesterday.

It can come from us.

We want a kid discovering one of our characters today to remember that character years from now.

We want aspiring creators to see what we're building and realize that their imagination has value.

We want longtime comic readers to enter the Phenomenal Comics Universe and discover characters they haven't seen a hundred times before.

And we want every comic, every character, and every chapter to move us closer to building one of the most exciting independent fictional universes of this generation.

We know that doesn't happen overnight.

It happens one character, one reader, one issue, and one story at a time.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to grow Phenomenal Comics from an independent comic book company into a multimedia entertainment universe built around original intellectual property and long-term storytelling.

Comics are the foundation.

The universe is the future.

And the possibilities are limitless.

THIS IS PHENOMENAL

We started with an idea.

We're building a universe.

And we're just getting started.
